Manhart has boosted the new Mercedes-AMG C63 S with a modest performance upgrade package, turning it into the menacing CR 600 .

The base 4.0-liter V8 engine produces 510 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque in its standard configuration. However, the tuners manage to extract more than 100 horsepower, adding their turbo performance kit, including improvements to the turbocharger and intercooler. The result is 623 hp and 880 Nm. The nine-speed automatic transmission has received new software to help it work well with the more powerful engine.

The design remains almost the same. The sedan is in an all-black exterior finish. This includes the Panamericana grille, but not the 20-inch Concave One wheels by Manhart with a polished diamond finish. The suspension has been changed, with a height-adjustable spiral spring from H&R installed. Manhart offers two exhaust systems – one without a catalytic converter and one with.
